Elsa achieved global fame in 2001 when she appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, solidifying her status as an international supermodel. She was later featured in the 2014 Sports Illustrated Legends Issue, celebrating her as one of the magazine's most iconic models. Over the years, she has worked with top fashion houses like Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Fendi, and Oscar de la Renta, and has been the face of campaigns for CoverGirl and Victoria’s Secret.
